The announcement was made by Cambodia’s Minister of Post and Telecommunications Chea Vandeth during the Digital Government Forum 2025.
Vandeth stated that the platform is now being recognized and applied by countries in the region.
In Cambodia, verify.gov.kh is currently used by 16 ministries and institutions as well as 31 educational establishments, with more than four million documents verified to date.
It aims to reduce document forgery, improve accessibility, and support digital transformation.
