It seems Huawei is gearing up to launch their next tri-fold phone this year as tipsters suggest.

A tipster in Weibo has stated that Huawei is planning to announce their newest tri-fold device this year. According to the rumors, it looks like that the screen will be the same as the HUAWEI Mate XT. Big changes seem to only be on the processor and camera lenses.

There are speculations that this next HUAWEI tri-fold smartphone will run on a Kirin 9020 chip. This is the upgraded version of Huawei’s in-house chip, the Kirin 9010 processor.

Other than that, no other specs or specific date have been revealed so we will have to wait to learn more.
