According to a report from South Korea, Samsung‘s home country, the refurbished Galaxy Note7 will be called the Galaxy Note FE and will make its official launch this July 7.

We’ve heard of previous reports that it will be called the Galaxy Note7R with two versions of battery capacities as spotted in China but this report from ETNews didn’t get to mention any of those. Instead, they reported that the refurbished handset will be called the Galaxy Note FE and will launch with the company’s Bixby on board with its feed of cards to act as an assistant of sorts. This will reportedly be the first smartphone in its family to have said feature out of the box.
The company has previously issued a statement explaining the process of refurbishing which came in three parts: saving salvageable components (ie. camera and semiconductors), obtaining metal parts through an “eco-friendly” method, and lastly, selling refurbished devices “where applicable.”
Pricing for the refurbished handset is around KRW700,000 (approx. Php30K direct conversion) and will make its debut in South Korea on July 7.
