BPI has announced that their bank will undergo a major systems upgrade from April 5 (Friday) to April 7, 2019 (Sunday).
The bank has stated that during the downtime, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:
- Online Banking
- Mobile App
- Bizlink Platform
- ATMs and CAMs
- Debit and Prepaid card services
This upgrade will happen from April 5 10:00 PM until April 7 5:00 AM. Select branches nationwide will be open from April 6 and 7 (Saturday and Sunday) to accommodate their clients’ immediate banking needs.

UPDATE: The original article mentioned that the downtime schedule will be until April 7, 10:00 PM. BPI reached out and updated the schedule to until April 7, 5:00 AM. We have updated the article to reflect the new information.
Up until now, website is still inaccessible and even branches are declining check encashments kasi daw offline. It’s already the 11th yet their system is still not ok :(
Is there an update to this? It’s beyond 5am already and the website still says “under maintenance”
