MagicOS 8 now seeding with Android 14 internationally

HONOR’s MagicOS 8 (Android 14) is now seeding with its latest version internationally.

Users from various regions have reported receiving the update through the HONOR subreddit, specifically their Magic5 Pro devices.

These new features are split into seven different categories. The new user interface (UI) feels smooth and seamless, while the home screen improved with Magic Capsule and Quick Services.

These updates have been missing from other MagicOS variants since HONOR became an independent company.

MagicOS 8 users can now enjoy a longer battery life thanks in part to the awaited Ultra Power Saving mode. There are also other features such as Parallel Space, a new secure folder for apps, photos, and videos.

The MagicOS UI also brings the MagicLM large language model with seven billion parameters to flagship devices. Additionally, users can also now edit media with ease because of the software update.
