Spotify Automix currently rolling out in the Philippines

The Spotify Automix feature (in beta) has begun rolling out to Premium accounts in the Philippines. This lets users customize track transitions by adding basic mixing effects to selected playlists.

To use it, just click any playlist and you can find the mix button with the toolbar above the first song. From there, you can play around with having automatic transitions or manual controls.

Possible adjustments include volume, EQ, effect curves, and viewing a real-time audio waveform with beat data. It also comes with effect presets like Fade and Rise.

Users can even fine-tune transitions track by track. Once users are set with the changes, just click on Save to lock the mix in.

In addition, Spotify allows collaborative mixed playlists, letting multiple users try the feature out. At the time of writing, the feature is only available to Premium users.

There’s also no word yet on when Automix will exit beta, but we’ll keep readers posted on further updates.
