Nik Collection pro software drops price from $149 to FREE

Google‘s Nik Collection is a compilation of 7 desktop plug-ins used for professional-grade editing of photos. The suite is now free to download from its original price of $149 (about Php7K).

The collection consists of Analog Efex Pro, Color Efex Pro, Silver Efex Pro, Viveza, HDR Efex Pro, Sharpener Pro and Dfine which are all advanced tools for editing images already used by serious photographers worldwide.

The collection basically covers every general aspect in photo retouching — “from filter applications that improve color correction, to retouching and creative effects, to image sharpening that brings out all the hidden details, to the ability to make adjustments to the color and tonality of images,” their announcement read.

The Nik Collection by Google is already available to be downloaded for free and people who have paid to get it will be refunded in the following days.
