To test the video capabilities of the Canon EOS R, we took it out to the streets of Tokyo and made a travel video. The Canon EOS R is scheduled to be available globally in October 2018 with a suggested retail price of USD2,299(~Php125k) for just the body,  and USD3,399 (~Php184k) for the body with RF 24-105mm F4 L IS USM lens. Canon Philippines has officially revealed the local pricing and availability of the new EOS R6 V, a full-frame mirrorless camera aimed at photographers and content creators. The EOS R6 V features a 32.5MP full-frame CMOS sensor paired with Canon's DIGIC X image processor. Canon also equipped the EOS R6 V with Dual Pixel CMOS AF II, capable of subject tracking and face recognition for up to 100 registered people. The Canon EOS R6 V is available for pre-order through Henry's Cameras stores nationwide and during the Henry's Cameras Photo Fiesta from June 19 to 21, 2026 at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall.
