Google Station to roll out in the Philippines

Google Philippines, in partnership with PLDT and Smart, announces the Google Station which lets users access free internet on various locations. Google Station is set to roll out soon but the company did not mention the specific date of arrival yet. GCash users can now start using Google Pay even without a physical card, as the e-wallet begins rolling out support for the service across the Philippines. However, the rollout is gradual, meaning not everyone will see the option right away. GCash says users who still do not see the option simply need to wait for the ongoing rollout. While Google Maps already shows if EV chargers are available in real time, the update will be able to predict how many chargers will be free by the they arrive at a charging station.
