Mediatek Dimensity 1300

The OnePlus Nord 2T 5G will reportedly debut with the newly unveiled MediaTek Dimensity 1300 equipped, making it the first smartphone to be released with the flagship chipset. Just announced last month, the Dimensity 1300 chip is an octa-core CPU that offers 1x ultra core Arm Cortex-A78 working up to 3GHz, 3x super cores Arm Cortex-A78 operating up to 2.6GHz, and 4x efficiency cores Arm Cortex A-55 performing up to 2GHz. The Dimensity 1300 is partnered with a 9-core Arm Mali GPU. Aside from the Dimensity 1300 chipset announcement, the OnePlus Nord 2T 5G is said to support an 80W SuperVOOC charging that can replenish a significant power of the battery in just 15 mins. MediaTek announced the Dimensity 1300 built on TSMC's 6nm process that features an octa-core processor, along with the Arm Mali-G77 MC9 graphics processor. The Dimensity 1300 has an octa-core processor with four Cortex-A78 cores running up to 3GHz and another four Cortex-A55 efficiency cores that scale up to 2Ghz. Not much details on the devices that will be launched with the Dimensity 1300 first Lastly, this new processor is rated for integrated 5G with 4x4 MIMO as well as 2 x WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 creating more opportunities for the mid-range devices.
