As of February 2023, Netflix offers four plans in the Philippines: Mobile (₱149/month), Basic (₱249/month), Standard (₱399/month), and Premium (₱549/month). The Basic and Standard plans received a price cut in February 2023. Smart Signature Plans+ subscribers can get these plans at discounted rates: ₱100/month for Basic, ₱250/month for Standard, and ₱400/month for Premium, with the Mobile plan included for free.

As of March 2022, Netflix has been testing features to address account sharing outside of households in select countries. These tests include an 'Add Extra Member' option, which allows subscribers on Basic, Standard, and Premium plans to add an extra member (with their own profile and login) for an additional fee. A 'Transfer Profile' feature was also tested to let users move their profile to a new account. While a global rollout, including the Philippines, was not announced at the time, data from June 2023 indicated that a broader password-sharing crackdown led to a significant increase in new sign-ups in other markets.

Netflix has introduced several features to enhance the viewing experience. As of July 2022, Spatial Audio is supported on all devices and subscription plans, using Sennheiser's AMBEO technology to create a more immersive sound with stereo speakers or headphones. The company has also explored adding live-streaming capabilities for unscripted shows and stand-up specials, and has tested the waters for introducing a lower-cost, ad-supported subscription plan.
