Leading the ranking for July 2021 in Mobile is UAE, with an average of 190.03 Mbps. Ookla’s analysis of Speedtest Intelligence data for Q1–Q2 2025 showed Smart posting a median latency of 45.89 milliseconds across all mobile technologies, allowing users to tap, swipe, and interact with apps with minimal delay. Ookla has announced the winners of its Speedtest Awards with PLDT and Smart being the fastest fixed network and fastest mobile network, respectively, in the Philippines for Q3-Q4 2018.
