Pangit ang LG G2, daming problema sa OS nya…
OK sana siyang device kung malagayan mo ng stocvk android kaso hirap i-root sya…
maghintay nalang tayo ng NEXUS 5 phone na naayos ang Software/OS issue na ito… Note: LG din gagagwa ng NEXUS 5 (2013 edition)
Joy says:
Global reviews on LG G2 were amazing and it wasn’t a surprise given the impressive specs on this “MONSTER PHONE”
techy says:
The LG G2 features the world’s first rear key, the device’s only button, positioned at the back. This button switches the power on and off, activates QuickMemo, and camera use. AWESOME!

@Asahi, hahahaha. :)

THIS WEEK IN TECH Before you buy POdcast gives this a heavy negative review:

joe says:
I am using a g2 right now and as an actual user (and not just because I read it somewhere) I could say that it is a great device. Bloatwares are expected from a non-vanilla (nexus or play edition) but there are not much in the g2. But guess what, jellybean lets you disable these bloatwares.
The last phone I used was an s3 and that one had tons nore bloatware than the g2. I even installed custom ROM (paranoid android) into it. But for the g2, I’m not even thinking of installing custom rom (well, maybe just root to install greenify), but I dont want to lose features like double tap to wake up or sleep, qslide, qmemo.
I also love that the battery lasts twice as long as my s3. The only downside I see is the IPS screen, contrast is not as good as with the AMOLED.
joe says:
Hi FD, the button position, it’s a matter of preference, really. Maybe what I dont like about it is I sometimes accidentally press on the camera lens (but I later learned to find the power button first – which is a bit embossed – and work my way from there).
I also used to drop my previous phone a lot because of the side buttons (partnered with a case that makes the buttons hard to press), so I guess the back buttons work for me overall.
Oh yeah, the notification window does annoy me because there is only about half of the window for actual notifications (even less if you leave qslide open). LG put everything they can in the notif window, the brightness and volume slider are always there without an option to remove them (or maybe I just havent found out how). But that’s not a deal breaker for me.
Glen says:
I was considering LG G2 but ended up with a Samsung Galaxy Note 3.
Based on the reviews from Youtube videos, both units are okay. No doubt that this is the best phone LG made so far.
But there are some problems with the G2
first of all, the knock knock feature doesn’t work 100%.
Built quality based on the drop test videos the LG G2’s screen shattered after 1 drop on the face. Samsung Note 3’s screen shattered after 2 drops :)
You can check out Android Authority Drop test on youtube.
On the good note, the back button works extremely well.
I just opted for the Note 3 since I have a Note 2 and I do use the S-pen a lot.
