In the last few hours of the official launch of the iPhone 4S in the Philippines, Smart has finally released their postpaid plans and pricing.

The 16GB iPhone 4S comes free with Smart Plan 2499. That comes with 300 minutes of calls, 300 free SMS and 1GB of data per month for Php2,499 for 2 years.

There’s a special deferred payment plan under Smart Plan 999. This plan comes with a monthly service fee of only Php999 which includes 100 free call minutes, 40 SMS and 250MB of data. The catch is that you also need to pay a monthly amortization of Php999 for the handset.

Strong cgnal ng Smart d gaya ng Globe na biglang echo ng boses mo maririnig mo at drop call bigla, sayang yung call. Unli data plan na may cap 800mb a day sa globe. sa dami ng promo ng globe congested na yata lines nila d na cla maka deliver ng magandang service sa subscribers. tignan nyo muna strength ng cgnal at attitude ng post sales personnel ng telco na pipiliin nio bago kau mag subscribe.

Kung hindi mo pagaralan maige ang plan na yan mapapasubo ka lang. Gaya ng plan 999/month, plus 999 yan ay cashout, so pag plus mo yan 1,998 yan ang binabayaran monhtly hindi 999. Kasimple kc naman, dapat ganon ang paliwanag sana ang nag eentertain sa smart. minimisled nila ang customer para lang magkapera sila ng limpaklimpak. NAINTIDIHAN NYO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

obvious naman eh, may naka sulat naman na free at 999/mo. hnd pa ba sapat na proof un? bakit may salitang free at /mo.? kesa naman sa globe (1,700) tapos para makuha mu pag nag cashoutka ng 4,500…anu mas gus2 mu? bili a sa powermac ng 4s, magpa plan ka sa globe ka halos 8k ilalabas mung pera o mag 2k pr month ka nlng…..2k nlng eh, magkanu ba pang kain at pang gala mu sa isang bwan

Hi, I pay smart a visit, and I was told that their data plan has a 1.5gb per month data limit. which means you can browse the web for 1~2mbps and once the 1.5gb limit has been reached it will trottled down to 0~24kbps. Iphone 4s is data intensive mobile, having to watch a few 720p youtube video could definitely eat-up 50~150mb per 3min~5min video. and once the 1.5gb limit has been reached you’ll have to wait for the end of the month’s cutoff before you get the 2mb speed again.

Naguguluhan ako sa mga plan na yan. Sino po pwede mag-explain kung paano yang mga plans na yan? Saka about sa iPhone 4s, ano ba talaga exact price niyan kung wala yang mga plans. tanga ka arvin.hehehe..jok lang tol.nakasulat na sa taas 33,2oo sa prepaid…pag 1k ang monhtly,1k din ang byad sa phone monthly, so 2k per month lahat ,sa 16 gb lng yun.,….mas maganda kung mkapasyal ka sa smart wireless communications,kadalasan sa SM…:)

if you are going to apply for their postpaid plan for iphones, i highly suggest that you don’t do so in their sm annex (north edsa) branch. the service there SUCKS!
i previously called their customer service to double-check their requirements, which were the ff: proof of billing, proof of financial capability, and valid ID of the subscriber and a valid ID and authorization letter for the representative.
When I went to said branch, everything was good and they told me they’d call me back in 2 hours to pick up the phone. Two hours passed and there was still no call. i figured it was because they were all busy so i just decided to go back and wait. when i got there, the CSR i was talking to recognized me and in a bit, someone from their office came out and told me that i can’t get the phone because of erasures in the form, which have to be countersigned.
my dad’s the irritable type so i just indicated in my authorization letter that all corrections in the form are still valid and true and with my dad’s signature affixed.
the girl goes inside the office again. she comes out and says that she needs to see the credit card naman daw.
1) why didn’t they tell me two hours ago rather than making me wait for nothing?
2) i told her i called their hotline and that part wasn’t mentioned. the girl says that’s always been an “issue” with their hotline. That’s it. She didn’t apologize. “issue” lang daw.
3) Modesty aside, my dad’s credit standing is more than good. I asked if they can’t just call the company up and my dad himself to confirm everything. No din daw. No apologies as well for making me wait.

NVM! I was so pissed I withdrew the application. I really hope other people have a much better experience with their customer service than I did!

Its better to take the plan 2499 per month kesa sa plan 999 + device cost. 500 na lng idagdag mo per month dun ka na sa free device db?? any suggestion?? am i right??

wanna know the real story behind this iphone 4s..globe has an exclusive contract from apple for the iphone3gs to iphone4 but the contract ends this oct 2011 that is why some of the loyalty rewards like iphone where no longer avail and for a month globe is soliciting registration for interest name and they shld reach 300,000 or more than that,and so happens there is a rumor that smart will be launching iphone4s too.so which is which,it is really smart who won the contract for apple and it so happens that globe were let say trying hard to win again for apple contract.if u could notice sabay ang launch nila,smart has it for data plan while globe dont have it yet.chech on both website and see the difference.

Mawalang galang na mga pogi at binibini, pasensya na at hindi po ko kagalingan sa math, tanong ko lang magkano ba yung iphone at plan 999 for both smart and globe? 999 pesos lang kase kaya ko eh (max na nga un) syempre kelangan me pang inom hihihi

Relax lang Bro! everyone has their own opinion but not to the extent na nagmumurahan na. Telcos made their terms on iphone plan to maximize data use but not to limit text and call. If your heavy text and call user, they have higher plan for that too! At tsaka ikaw na nagsabi na gusto mo na lubos lubosin, why not opt to get the highest Plan? Just IMHO. =)

It’s quite obvious that there are only a few free calls and text because the iPhone is not meant to be just for calls and texts. It’ll be mainly used for mobile internet consumption that’s why they will offer more of the data plan with it. If you want a plan that offers more call and text offers then don’t get the iPhone.

Kalokohan ito!bakit 40 SMS FREE lng binigay ng SMART sa plan 999. Wais talga sila!alam kc ng SMART na mahilig magtext ang mga Pinoy kaya dahil d2 magiging OVERCHARGE ka kpag lumagpas ka sa 40 SMS na ibingay nla FREE.. kung ganun.. mabibigla ka nlng pagdati ng BILL mo na mataas pa sa inasahan mo. sana ginawa na nla UNLI yung SMS kahit hindi na yung CALL at DATA. Yun lng.. Lagot si Ambisyosong Juan dela Cruz nito dpat kayo maging WAIS sa paggasta.!Gudluck & Enjoy Guys sa mga nka iPhone 4S ngaun. i Will wait for iPhone 5 next year nalang mga SUMMER kasi worth it pera mo for MAJOR Upgrade unlike iphone 4S SIRI Apps lng ang nadagdag eh meron naman Androids dyan na MUCH BETTER SPECS kysa iPhone 4S.

@zigvien. yung unang 999, bayad yan sa Plan… yung pangalawang 999, bayad or cash out ng iPhone na distributed every month in 24 mo. Kaya nakaka-mislead kung sasabihing 2000 ung monthly plan. =)

with this pricing, possible na totoo yung offer na sinabi sa akin ng agent ng globe thru phone. Akala ko nagkamali lang sya kasi mura at maganda yung offer sobra.
