Twitter Rolls Out Revamped “Quote Tweet” Function

Some people find it really challenging to express their thoughts on Twitter because they only have 140 characters (per tweet) to work with. Worse, sometimes when we retweet someone’s post, there’s just not enough room to fit our own comment.

That changed though today, as Twitter roll out an improved version of quote tweet function which allows user to embed the original tweet instead of including it (as well as the Twitter handle) in a user’s tweet in a text form.

The revamped retweet functionality is currently being rolled out to web and iPhone users. Android users, on the other hand, have to wait a little while for the function to be rolled on the Google version of the Twitter app.
