Launcher and app icons of Galaxy S8 leaks online

We’ve seen Samsung’s upcoming flagship already and frankly, it seems like there’s nothing major that we do not know. Well, this time, we get to see the software side.

A source of SamMobile was able to bestow them some images of the Galaxy S8 launcher and updated app icons. According to them, these screenshots were discovered inside the APK of the latest version of Samsung’s Smart Switch app. Basing from previous leaks, this looks like the real deal.

For sure, the Galaxy S8 will boot Android 7.0 Nougat with the Samsung Experience skin. This time, though, Samsung aims to have a cleaner and simpler interface. From the looks of it, the South Korean giant seems to be fond of lines creating an icon to identify an app. Check them out below.

Also, just like with the latest Pixel launcher of Google, all the apps are accessible by swiping up the drawer rather than having a button to reveal. We’ll get to know more about the new skin of Samsung when the phone launches soon this March.
