OnePlus Nord, the budget smartphone from OnePlus, will be pre-loaded with some Google apps such as Messaging, Phone, and Duo.

The smartphone brand has released a video on its Instagram account, revealing that Google Messaging, Phone, and Duo will provide a smoother mobile experience to its users. Previous OnePlus smartphones feature the brand’s own messaging app and dialer.

Google’s dedicated mobile apps for SMS and phone management have more features and a cleaner UI. Google Phone offers Call Recording while Google Messaging has RCS messaging.

An online listing of the OnePlus Nord confirms that the smartphone is powered by a Snapdragon 765G processor mated with an 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

The OnePlus Nord is scheduled to launch virtually on July 21, 2020, via the Nord App on iOS and Android.
