Following MediaTek’s recent unveiling of the Dimensity 8400 chipset, Realme has announced plans to integrate the powerful new SoC into its lineup. The Realme Neo7 SE, as reported by leaker Digital Chat Station, will be the next device to feature the Dimensity 8400.

Neo7 SE Joins the Neo7 Lineup
The Neo7 SE will expand Realme’s Neo7 series, which has notably dropped the “GT” prefix this year. Positioned slightly below the Neo7, the Neo7 SE is expected to offer more affordable pricing while maintaining competitive performance.
The Dimensity 8400’s all-big-core CPU design is a highlight, bringing top-tier performance to upper-midrange devices. While exact specs for the Neo7 SE remain under wraps, it might leverage the chip’s strengths in AI tasks, efficiency, and gaming.
Realme has not confirmed a release date yet, but with Redmi’s Turbo 4 launching in early January 2025 with the same SoC, the Realme Neo7 SE is likely to follow shortly after.
