Starlink Satellite deliveries on hold due to import permits

Listen to article

Our Starlink satellite package was supposed to be delivered last March 7. It was delayed, perhaps due to the number of shipments being made since last month.

However, as we track our shipment via DHL, it seems like everything was in order. That’s until it was held indefinitely at Customs clearance.

As per updates from DHL, the latest shipments now require import permits. DHL has since coordinated with the importer to obtain Import License to complete the clearance.

For now, our Starlink package has been on hold at the DHL sorting facility since March 5.

I’m having the exact same issue. None of the numbers for customer service work. I cannot reach starlink. Nor DHL express.

My order has been stuck in Cebu since 25th February. Been told NTC are processing a few every day, so that’s holding things up.

I have the same problem a starlink representative called me and said that starlink contracted with DHL to take care of all licenses and permit issues. Starlink provided all requested paperwork to dhl. This is on dhl to sort out . Dhl has no idea when it will be resolved.
