AMD has just released their much anticipated Ryzen Threadripper HEDT (high-end desktop) processors. Out of the three SKUs, the 1950X and 1920X have already hit shelves, with the 1900X coming on August 31.

- Ryzen Threadripper 1950X, 16-Core 32-Thread, 3.4-4.0GHz – Php59,700
- Ryzen Threadripper 1920X, 12-Core 24-Thread, 3.5-4.0GHz – Php47,500
- Ryzen Threadripper 1900X, 8-Core 16-Thread, 3.8-4.0GHz – local SRP to be announced
Continuing the trend of the Zen architecture, all Threadripper chips will have an unlocked multiplier to allow for overclocking. They will be residing on the X399 chipset platform that uses the new TR4 socket, with motherboards coming from the usual suspects such as ASUS, ASRock, MSI, and Gigabyte.
Additionally, Threadripper boasts 64 PCIe lanes and support for Quad-Channel DDR4 Memory. As for power and cooling, all of the chips will have a TDP of 180W, and will come with a bracket that supports Asetek style AIO liquid coolers (Corsair, NZXT, Cooler Master, etc.)
