As of April 2023, Converge's FiberX plans include 200 Mbps for Php 1,500/month, 400 Mbps for Php 2,000/month, and 600 Mbps for Php 2,500/month. The company has also extended free speed boosts for existing customers, with plans like FiberX 1500, 2000, and 2500 getting 100 Mbps faster, and the FiberX 3500 plan boosted from 800 Mbps to 1 Gbps.

Converge offers two main entertainment services. First, BlastTV is a free streaming television service for all Converge subscribers, offering channels for movies, lifestyle, and sports. Second, the Vision Xperience Box is a pay TV service that can be bundled with FiberX plans; until August 31, 2024, Metro Manila subscribers can get the box (valued at P2,800) with no upfront cash-out, paying only a monthly fee of Php 99 or Php 299.

For the second half of 2023, Converge swept the Ookla Speedtest Awards, winning the titles of Fastest Internet Service Provider in the Philippines, Best Internet Gaming Experience, Best Internet Video Experience, and Top-Rated Internet in the Philippines. It achieved a top speed of 457.56 Mbps and outperformed competitors in video and gaming scores.
