The Philippine government has partnered with Japan to roll out Spectee Pro, an AI-powered disaster monitoring platform aimed at boosting emergency response across the country. Developed by a Japanese tech firm, Spectee Pro uses AI to scan social media and online sources in real time, helping local agencies detect and respond to disasters faster. Japan has broken the world record for the fastest internet speed, hitting the data transmission rate of 319 Terabits per second (Tb/s). Researchers at Japans's National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT) were able to provide 319 Tbps for internet speed, which is almost double the old record speed of 178 Tbps from UK and Japanese engineers last 2020. Samsung has exclusively launched in Japan its Galaxy Feel. As we've mentioned, the Galaxy Feel is a Japan-exclusive handset and would not make its way globally.
