Cherry Mobile is celebrating its 3rd year anniversary this August 15th so it’s holding a 1-day sale of its popular handset, the Dragon Phone W900.
Announced back in May, the W900 is one of the most popular Android handsets in Cherry Mobile’s line-up. It’s primarily because of the introductory price of Php9,999 (regular price was Php14,999).
This week, Cherry Mobile is dropping the price of the W900 to just Php5,999. But that’s just for one day only (August 15). You can grab one of them at any Cherry Mobile kiosks nationwide. We wrote a really long 3,500-word review (our longest review ever) of the CM W900 here.

The problem now is getting ICS on this thing…
Bought 2 from the store in greenhills theater mall. I was the first customer when it opened at 10am. Other customers after me would have to wait til lunchtime because the store only had 2 in stock. I also got the 2 8gb micro sd cards instead of the 4gb for the promo and screen protectors as freebies.

i was the first customer to buy at their kiosk in sm fairview and it wasnt chaotic. but i asked the sales lady if they got enough supply and she said so far they only got 7. goodluck

Accually, rebranded SK-150 phone yan. Kaya, if CM can buy the rights to release these phones, that means other Pinoy Phone brands can actually buy the rights to releasing “T-Phones” from Pantech/Sky or other lesser Korean Phone Brands.

Hindi ba rebranded South Korean phone to? Kasi as far as I know, SK Telecom phones have this “T” logo..

Since T-phone naman siya, it seems reliable kaya I might take on the chance, pero my Micromax A45 is good for now.
I hope MyPhone buys rights to release more T-Phones like the Sky than Cherry does.

for a few months its either mag stay ang price at 5999 or baka bumaba pa. china rebranded phone na single sim? hmmm.. wait mode muna ako.. dami kasing dual sim phones na china rebrand din, like what lenovo and alcatel has..
nako…here comes another ala-LG chaos…hmmm I just hope those who will avail this will not be discourage…I mean sana makakuha kayo at may sufficient stock sila…nakakapagtaka, sobra naman baba ng price.
