Brandz, a well-known brand equity database, just released their 2018 list of top brands. Among those lists, is the 20 most valuable Tech Brands of the Year. Check out the ranking below.
Leading the pack is Google, followed closely by Apple then Microsoft and surprisingly Tencent. This is actually the first time Tencent has entered Brandz Global Top 5, rising almost 65 percent in value over the previous year. Interestingly, Huawei also makes it into the cut and is one of the only three smartphone brands to enter the Top 20 list of the brand equity database.
