Acer Aspire R7 in the flesh, hands-on demo

The Acer Aspire R7 is probably one of the most innovative gadget we saw over at Computex this year.

The Aspire R7 sports a 15.6-inch full HD 1920×1080 touchscreen display, an Intel Core i5 1.8GHz processor, 6GB DDR3 RAM, a 500GB hard drive, a 24GB SSD and a full-size backlit keyboard.

Here’s a quick demo of how the device transforms into 4 different positions.

The R7 has been recently showed by Acer during their 10th anniversary event last month. They’ve not indicated the exact hardware specifications yet though.

The Aspire R7 looks pretty cool and while some of the positions are not that really practical, but still very interesting.

What’s that above the keyboard? Is that the mouse trackpad?
