Okay, I think I spoke too soon. Just got this press release from Globe that they renamed their 3G internet service to Globe Broadband Tattoo.
Globe Broadband Tattoo, formerly known as Globe Visibility, uses a USB stick that works as a modem (more like a re-brand of Globe Visibility). Globe has also upgraded their network so users can get speeds of up to 2 Mbps.
Globe redesigned Globe Broadband Tattoo with some funky designs featuring artworks in black, orange, or blue.
The Globe Broadband Tattoo Prepaid Kit comes with a free Php100 load that is equivalent to five hours of free internet usage. Users still pay only Php5 per fifteen minutes with multiple connections.
Once users have consumed their free load, reloading the Globe Broadband Tattoo Prepaid SIM can be loaded like a regular prepaid SIM, whether through Share-A-Load, Globe Load or prepaid call cards.
Users may also opt for a postpaid plan for Globe Broadband Tattoo; there is a range of plans for as low as Php799/month with 60 free mobile internet hours.
Aside from using Globe Broadband Tattoo as a mobile Internet modem, the SIM card inside the USB can also be used for calls and sending text messages at regular cellphone rates. The USB also comes with a built-in expansion slot where users can insert their own microSD card for additional file storage.
The new Globe Broadband Tattoo Prepaid Kit is sold for only Php1,895.

Oo nga d2 rin sa Puan Davao City 1.0 to 70.1 kbs ng net kasi kulang kayu ng tower yung smart ang lakas ng smart kasi marami silang tower.

ahm excuse me po..napakahirap pong paniwalaan na may 800 MPBS dito sa philippines. IPv4 palang po tayo dito sa philippines cguro mga 5 – 8 yrs pa po bago magkaroon ng 800MBPS (under IPv6) speed dito sa phlippines .. kasi sa ibang bansa po ay medyo experimental pa ang over 500Mpbs connection speed.
@fane.. bella means 800mbs already been used or downloaded in one day, i also experienced that, sbi ko unli pero merong limit na mb usage, kesyo internet fair usage daw… ntry ko na ang internet sa ibang bansa pero wlang ganito, pag cnbng unli eh tlgang literal na unli ka for a day! share lng
i hope you can improve your tattoo service here in our place, OROQUIETA CITY, MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL, whenever i connect, upload and download will only last for about five minutes and then its “flatline”. i have been a globe user since 2000. i would to keep using tattoo because i only use the internet when my husband access the net and it is just 4-5 days a month. s about time…tayong mga subscribers…….ipaputol na muna natin ang ating dsl connection…. tingnan natin kung ano gagawin nag mga GAGONG taga globe na yan…….if at least 15% sa total subsciber based ang mawawala or more……

i really am not satisfied with what globe gives me,i am under the impression that i can use the internet all day/night..then for all of a sudden a notification will pop up on the screen and tell me i have already consumed 800MB of data,and connection will resume tomorrow..WTF!that was fucking annoying! So,for all of you who are planning to get tattoo,think a zillion times first before deciding..i would rather go to smartbro where i can get the best value for my money..GLOBE SUCKS! TOTALLY SUCKS!! i hope all woudnt mind to take a minute or two to reply/comment. thank you!
