A Tour of Intramuros Without Leaving Your Couch

During the local debut of Street View, Google Philippines and the Department of Tourism showcased one of their first project; a Virtual Tour of Intramuros.

The Virtual Tour offers a 360-degree view of some of the popular destinations inside the once walled city at the heart of Manila.

According to Google Philippines, Intramuros is just the first of many tourist destinations that they plan to include in their Street View database. In our opinion, this kind of initiative from Google and DoT will certainly increase the tourism growth in the country.
