Turing smartphone made of liquid metal up for pre-order

Turing Robotic Industries has developed a smartphone that is made of liquid metal which is apparently tougher than steel. It also boasts an end-to-end encryption to secure communications and will be up for pre-order this month.

Turing Phone specs:
5.5-inch Full HD display @ 1920 x 1080 resolution
Snapdragon 801 processor
16/64/128GB internal storage
13MP rear camera
8MP front camera
IPx8 rating
Android 5.0 Lollipop

Not only is its “Liquidmoprhium” frame more durable and helps effectively in absorbing shock, but it’s also been certified with IPx8 rating that makes it able to withstand being submerged in water until up to 30 feet. Lastly, the company blessed the smartphone with end-to-end encryption that makes communication more secure and immune to third party intrusions.

The Turing Phone will be up for pre-order starting July 22 for $610 as the base price. Does this specific phone with its unique features interest you? Sound off in the comments section below.
