Listen to article

Google has been steadily enhancing its Photos app with a slew of AI-driven photo editing tools. However, on the video editing side, not much. That’s changing now, as Google adds new tools including an AI-powered feature.

Google Photos New Video Editing Features Fi

One of the most notable changes is a revamped interface for existing and video editing tools like Mute, Enhance, and Stabilize. These features have been given a more prominent position in the app, making them easier for users to see and use.

New to the mix is the Speed tool, which allows users to adjust the playback speed of their videos.

Perhaps the most exciting addition is the introduction of AI-powered presets for videos on Android and iPhone. These presets automatically apply a series of edits, including trimming, adjusting lighting, controlling speed, tracking the subject, zooming in, and applying slow-motion effects.

This simplifies the video editing process, making it easier for everyone to create content with ease.

Expect these new features to be available on Google Photos soon. So, be sure to update your app to the latest version to see if you’ve received this update.
