Google Chrome will end support for XP, Vista, and OS X 10.8

Google_Chrome_iconGoogle Chrome has announced through its blog that it will discontinue supporting old operating systems from Microsoft and Apple.

If you’re running Windows XP, Windows Vista, Mac OS X 10.6, 10.7, and 10.8, we’re sad to tell that these platforms running Chrome will no longer receive updates and security fixes from the browser’s parent company by April 2016. Although, you can still use Chrome even after the support.

The mentioned operating systems are no longer officially supported by its makers, thus, as Google said, “Such older platforms are missing critical security updates and have a greater potential to be infected by viruses and malware.”

Mas stable pa nga yung XP kesa sa mga bagong labas na mga OS ngayon kaya bakit ganun ? Then karamihan din na napupuntahan kong computer shops eh puro XP pa din yung gamit so paano yun ?
