Douyin, also known as the Chinese version of TikTok has shared that they will be setting a time limit for Chinese users under the age of 14. Moreover, Douyin has recently implemented its 'youth mode,' which contains educational content such as science experiments, exhibitions in museums, historical video explainers, etc. Douyin is also encouraging parents to help their children complete real-name authentication and have their kids enter the youth mode, or to at least actively turn on youth mode when its window pops up. The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) has announced the launch of the online registration for the country's national ID on April 30. According to PSA, over 30 million Filipinos have accomplished Step 1 of PhilSys registration. As per PSA, there will be three steps to register for the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys).
