Globe responds to iPhone 6 delivery delays

In response to yesterday’s story on the shipment delays of pre-ordered iPhone 6 by customers, Globe has sent us their official press statement.

We’re publishing the response in full below:

Globe has also indicated that they are waiving the first month’s service fee for those affected by the delays.

hindi lang delays sa shipment ang problema, pati yung delivery mismo, mali ang payment indication, yung iba charge to bill or PAY at the GLOBE store (kahit binayaran na yung unit sa GBC in advance before the expected delivery). Pero ang naka indicate kay delivery man is CASH ON DELIVERY, kaya ayun ayaw ibigay ang unit namin, umalis si delivery man na walang unit si kawawang subsciber . Delayed na nga, error pa sa delivery mismo!
