Cherry Mobile teases 4,000mAh quad-core smartphone

Cherry Mobile released a teaser on their Facebook page yesterday about an upcoming Android smartphone that packs a quad-core CPU and a huge 4,000mAh battery – the Cherry Mobile ‘Power‘.

Cherry Mobile first teased about the said smartphone a couple of days ago with a banner saying “I got that POWER.” Followed by another post that showcased a quad-core CPU and a 4,000mAh battery. After some digging, our best guess is that the upcoming Cherry Mobile Power could be the Micromax Canvas Power A96 which was recently launched in India.

Specs mentioned above may not reflect the exact specs of the yet to be released Cherry Mobile “Power” so expect some changes when it launches. The Micromax Canvas Power A96 is selling in India for Rs 9,900 or around Php7,000 when converted.
