The Xiaomi 18 Pro is expected to launch later this year, and a new leak suggests it could come with a major camera upgrade, featuring two 200MP rear cameras. According to well-known tipster Digital Chat Station, an upcoming compact flagship phone with a 6.3-inch display is being tested with a dual 200MP camera setup. If accurate, the phone could feature a 200MP main camera paired with a 200MP periscope telephoto lens. Sony Semiconductor has officially announced the LYTIA-901, its first 200MP smartphone camera sensor, signaling a direct challenge to Samsung’s dominance in ultra-high-resolution mobile cameras. If implemented well, the LYTIA-901 could bring brighter, cleaner images and better dynamic range, potentially raising the bar for 200MP camera performance in next-gen Android flagships. For cameras, it includes a 200MP main camera with optical image stabilization, a 12MP ultrawide camera and a 50MP front camera. It also adds a 50MP telephoto camera to its 200MP main and 12MP ultrawide setup.
