Samsung has announced that its Samsung Messages app will be discontinued in July 2026. Samsung has announced the end of service to their Samsung Messages app. Samsung suggests Google Messages for their features such as RCS support, improved spam protection and AI-powered tools. Samsung notes that devices running Android 11 or older will not be affected. However, newer devices, such as models starting from the Samsung Galaxy S26, will no longer support downloading Samsung Messages. The Galaxy S26 FE is operating under the code "SM-S741U." It's seen running on Android 17 here, with a probable 8GB of RAM. Based on the CPU information, it's running on the deca-core Exynos 2500 chipset - which is also the same used in the Galaxy Z Flip 7. Samsung Electronics has officially launched Samsung Browser for Windows.
