HUAWEI MatePad 12 X (2026) Review
I guess we won’t be seeing Apple and HTC hurling patent lawsuits to each other any time soon as each party agrees to settle all their patent disputes.
In addition to this settlement, both companies have agreed to a 10-year patent cross-licensing bargain. This means that HTC and Apple can shift their focus on innovation (which both companies badly need) rather than slugging it out in the courtroom.
The terms of the settlement remains under wraps, so there’s not much known about it. What we do know, however, is that both companies seem happy with this agreement which is evident on their joint press release.

This post summarizes how most Pinoys feel about patent litigation among companies(esp Apple); they really don’t care.
Didn’t even bother stating which patents they are cross licensing with each other.

We could only wish that this was the norm… I’m really sick and tired of all the courtroom drama
Samsung and apple are already too angry at each other for them to have an agreement like this…makes me think that they fired their engineers just to make room for more lawyers -_-

A decade-long of peace between HTC and Apple:
Consider changing the title. Make it either– “A decade of peace between HTC and Apple” or “A decade-long peace between HTC and Apple”.
Decade-long is an adjective. It’s like saying a beautiful OF face instead of a beautiful face.
