Samsung has officially launched the new Galaxy A36 5G in the Philippines along with the Galaxy A56 5G. On paper, the new Galaxy A36 features key upgrades from its predecessor, the Galaxy A35 5G. Samsung also guarantees six years of major OS upgrades and six years of security patches for the Galaxy A36. Samsung has officially unveiled its latest mid-range smartphones, the Galaxy A36 5G and Galaxy A56 5G, in the Philippines. The Galaxy A36 5G measures 162.9 x 78.2 x 7.4 mm, weighs 195 grams, and comes in Awesome Lavender, Awesome Black, and Awesome White. Under the hood, the Galaxy A56 5G is powered by Samsung’s Exynos 1580 chipset, while the Galaxy A36 5G runs on the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 Mobile Platform. The Galaxy A56 5G enhances versatility with a 12MP ultra-wide lens, while the A36 5G includes an 8MP ultra-wide shooter. A standout feature of the Galaxy A36 5G and A56 5G is Samsung’s commitment to extended software support, promising six years of Android OS and security updates.
